While you focus on the work, Agentify finds your next clients and reaches out for you.

Agentify finds businesses that might need what you offer — and contacts them, so you don't have to sit in front of a blank email.

Not for sale yet. One email when it's ready for you to try.

You're good at the work. The hard part is finding the next client.

If you run a small business, you probably know the feeling — you've got time on your hands this afternoon, you should be reaching out to potential clients, and instead you're staring at a blank email window.

Who do you write to? What do you say? Is this the right person? It's not that you can't do it. It's that doing it well takes hours, and you'd rather be doing your actual work.

Agentify takes that part off your desk.

How it works

Step 1

It finds who to write to

Tell Agentify what your business does. It looks for companies that fit — same region, the right kind of work, the right size. You get a short list, not a spreadsheet.

Step 2

It writes the first email

For each one, a short, plain message that names something real about them and explains what you do. No hype, no templates, no "I came across your company".

Step 3

You approve, then it sends

Nothing goes out without you clicking send. Edit the wording, skip the ones that don't fit, send the ones that do. Replies land in your normal inbox.

One job done well, instead of ten things half-done.

Agentify isn't going to guarantee you clients. Nothing that sends a cold email can.

What it can do is take the part of finding and writing to people off your desk — so when you sit down to work, you're working, not prospecting. If even one or two of the people it reaches out to turn into a conversation, the math already works.

Honest limits: it works best for small B2B businesses (accountants, bookkeepers, consultants, small agencies, service shops) selling to other small or mid-sized businesses in Europe. If you sell to consumers, this isn't for you.

A quick note from the person behind this

I'm a freelance accountant. I built Agentify because I needed it for my own practice — I'm decent at the actual work, and bad at sitting down to look for new clients. So I'd do the work, get to the end of the day, and the "reach out to potential clients" thing would still be at the bottom of my list.

I started writing a tool that did that part for me. It found small businesses near me that probably needed an accountant, wrote them a short, honest email, and put it in front of me to send. After a while it was good enough that I figured other small business owners might want it too.

That's all this is. Not a platform. Not a marketplace. Not 10x anything. Just one specific job done well, so you can keep doing yours.
