Agentify (operated by David Wiss, Bratislava, Slovakia) respects your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it and your rights under GDPR and CCPA.
Data we collect
- Account data: name, email, language preference.
- Agent data: prompts, conversations, configuration you provide.
- Billing data: payment status (we do not store card numbers).
- Usage data: anonymized analytics via Plausible.
How we use data
To operate the service, send transactional emails, and improve product quality.
Subprocessors
Supabase (database/auth), Anthropic & OpenAI (AI inference), Resend (email), Netlify (hosting), Sentry (error monitoring), Plausible (analytics), Crisp (support chat).
Third parties & AI providers
We never sell or share your data with third parties for advertising or any other purpose. The only external parties that process your content are our AI inference providers (Anthropic and OpenAI), and they do so solely to generate your agent's responses. Both operate under enterprise data protection terms: your prompts and conversations are never used to train their models and are not retained beyond what is needed to deliver the service. Data is hosted in the EU.
Your rights (GDPR/CCPA)
You may export your data, request deletion, or opt out of data sales (we do not sell data) from your dashboard settings. On request, we permanently delete your personal data within 30 days.
Cookies
We use only essential cookies (authentication, session) and, with your consent, anonymised analytics. You can accept or reject non-essential cookies at any time via the cookie banner, in line with the EU ePrivacy Directive and GDPR. No tracking cookies are set before consent.
