These Terms of Service govern your use of Agentify, a SaaS product built and operated by David Wiss, Bratislava, Slovakia. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms.

1. Service

Agentify provides an AI agent platform that automates user-defined workflows.

2. Account

You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity on your account.

3. Subscriptions & Billing

Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee: if Agentify isn't the right fit, request a full refund within 30 days of your initial payment, no questions asked. See the Refund Policy for full details.

4. Acceptable Use

Do not use Agentify for unlawful, harmful, or abusive activity.

5. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

6. Liability

Agentify is provided "as is" without warranty. Liability is limited to the amount paid in the prior 12 months.

7. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated by email.
