Privacy Policy

Agentify (operated by the Agentify team) respects your privacy. Agentify is an early-stage lead-generation tool that is not yet on sale — it is currently in a waitlist phase. This policy explains what personal data we handle today, why, and your rights under the GDPR.
Who we are
Data controller: the Agentify team. Contact for any privacy question or request: team@aiagentify.dev.
Data we process
- Waitlist signups. If you submit your email on our landing page, we store that email address and the date you signed up, so we can notify you once the product is available to try.
- Outreach contact data. Agentify helps its users reach potential business contacts. For that purpose we process publicly listed business email addresses (for example, a company's
info@address published on its own website) together with the company name and country. We do not collect personal/individual inboxes, and we do not buy contact lists. - Operator account data. For the small number of internal accounts that run the tool: name, email, and authentication data.
Legal basis
Waitlist emails are processed on the basis of your consent (you chose to give us your address). Business outreach contacts are processed under legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) for B2B communication, limited to publicly published business addresses, and every outreach email includes a one-step opt-out.
How we use it
Waitlist emails are used only to send you a single notification when Agentify is ready — no marketing drip, no resale. Outreach contacts are used only to deliver the specific B2B message our user approved, with an unsubscribe option in every message.
Sharing & subprocessors
We never sell your data. We rely on a small set of processors strictly to operate the service: Supabase (database & auth, EU-hosted), Resend (email delivery), Vercel (hosting), and Anthropic (AI text generation, under enterprise terms — your data is never used to train their models). Each acts only on our instructions.
Retention
Waitlist emails are kept until the product launches or until you ask us to remove them, whichever comes first. Outreach contacts that opt out are added to a permanent suppression list so we don't contact them again.
Your rights (GDPR)
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data, to withdraw consent, and to object to processing. To unsubscribe from outreach, simply reply "no" or "unsubscribe" to any message and we remove the address within 24 hours. For any other request, email team@aiagentify.dev and we action it within 30 days.
